2D Reassurance scan this is to check the well being of your baby
This scan is available from 16 weeks, is designed to give you a reassurance it include:
- Wellbeing check of Baby.
- We will check that is it should be as expected based on what you tell us about your pregnancy so far
- We'll talk you through everything we see.
- If we recommend a medical follow up we will provide a clear written report of your scan, We can email a copy of your health care provider at no extra cost If you provide their contact details
This is because you may be experiencing a medical emergency and waiting for a scan will cause a potentially harmful delay.

A deposit of £10.00 is required at the time of booking and the balance is to be paid by card or cash in person on arrival.
When booking on-line, the service user must state what the gestation of the pregnancy will be on the day of the appointment.

Ultrasound Best will take the information provided by the patient at face value and in good faith.
In the unlikely event that results fall below what is expected, Ultrasound Best will offer a free re-scan.
Cancel up to 7 days before the day of the appointment and the deposit is 100% refundable.
Cancel between 6 and 3 days before the appointment and 50% of the deposit is refundable.
Cancel 2 days or less before the appointment – the deposit is not refundable.
